By creating an OjeTimor account you agree to these rules. They apply to passengers, drivers and sellers.
Content you create
Order chat messages, reviews, profile photos, and shop or product photos and names are visible to other users. You are responsible for what they contain.
What is not allowed
- Abusive language, insults, threats, harassment or sexual content.
- Hate speech or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender or any other group.
- Sharing someone else's personal data, fraud, or asking for more than the price shown in the app.
- Product photos or names that mislead, infringe someone's rights, or do not match what is sold.
- Listing or delivering restricted goods: alcohol, tobacco and vapes, prescription medicine and controlled substances, weapons and ammunition, adult products, live animals, and counterfeits.
Reporting and blocking
OjeTimor has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Offensive words are masked automatically when a chat message, review, product or shop is saved.
Every order conversation has a Report button and a Block button; a person you block can no longer message you, and you will not be paired again. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or closed.
